While road safety is one of the government’s priorities with ambitious objectives in terms of the number of victims on the roads, four new fixed speed cameras are put into service from today 1 December 2017 with the installation of a enforcement-trailer radar on the Saeul-Brouch (N8) route for the duration of the installation work of the new fixed radar. The signs indicating the maximum authorized speed (70 km/h) are already installed. The trailer radar will be replaced by the fixed radar during the first quarter of 2018.

A fixed radar in the Micheville tunnel will be operational from the second week of December.

Two fixed radars will be in place at CR108 (between Angelsberg and Mersch) and Raemerich roundabout in the first quarter of 2018.

Fixed speed cameras as well as the trailer radar control the speed in both directions of traffic.
